I found Laura at the Home and Garden show in San Antonio. She spoke to me and we discussed my situation. A bit of background, I lost my home to hurricane Harvey and had the property foreclosed due to that. When I was ready to try to buy I contacted Laura since she was friendly and had impressed me during our short meeting. She is knowledgeable and had a good team and resources that helped me navigate the purchase of my home. She stayed with me step by step through the process and instructed me to do the things I needed to do to get the house. Once we found a home, sorry for dragging you all over the city looking at houses, we put our package together and were ready for our offer. Everything went smooth on our end. However things were not so easy on the sellers end. Laura virtually had to walk the seller through everything that was required on their end and hold them accountable. She pretty much sold the place herself and had to keep the other seller on task. So after a few hiccups, sellers fault and my wacky work schedule, we were able to close on the house. I am grateful that I decided to go to the home and garden show and find Laura by sheer accident. I feel without her help I would still be looking into looking for a house instead of actually closing the deal.
